Through this commitment, we’re taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint across all manufacturing activities. Our global facilities follow a range of initiatives focused on reducing waste, energy and water consumption.
Delivering on your sustainability goals
Sustainability is a high priority for our customers and our organization. Through collaboration, we help OEMs meet mission-critical challenges and improve the efficiency of their rotary equipment.
Our mechanical seals work as a key part of your equipment, helping to minimize overall energy usage and maximize run time. During design, we prioritize manufacturing efficiency so that our mechanical seals have a smaller carbon footprint. Our team will also identify and implement ways to reduce waste, leakage and raw materials to help you achieve your sustainability goals.
Quality
Given the role our mechanical seals play in water, refrigeration, marine, hygienic and industrial processes, we must hold our solutions to the highest quality standards. With every sector’s unique requirements, our skilled team designs, develops and assembles every mechanical seal in-house so performance never falters.
Each facility manages product quality locally so we can respond to changing requirements head-on. To maintain this, we select nearby suppliers to increase our supply chain agility and lower our overall carbon footprint.
Environment
We conduct our operations in a way that protects the planet and complies with local environmental standards. For this reason, we recycle raw materials, rely on green energy in our largest manufacturing facility, Timrå, and actively seek ways to reduce energy usage across all locations. Our global bases already use LED lighting and are working to reduce waste where possible.
We promote responsibility throughout the supply chain, so we only partner with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability.
